- Establish a Language
The “You and Your Style” seminar provides you with a language for “style diversity” and clarity around your personal style of
expression. This seminar is designed for groups of any size and is delivered either in-house at our premises in Sheffield or on-line.
The on-line interactive seminar is viewed live via the web from the comfort of your own desk. The seminar will help you address your
greatest concerns, identify pitfalls and provide specific strategies for adapting your behaviour to influence others. You will identify
your exceptional skills, gain insight into the negative triggers in each of the influence dimensions and learn refining skills to
lessen their impact.
Group Training
In this training segment, groups are guided through a series of two discussions: the first is about the impact of style on group
dynamics; the second is about managing style in the work you perform in a group.
- Training Group Dynamics
In the “Interpersonal Dynamics” seminar, small groups are guided through a discussion of the effect of style conflict on group
performance. The group is trained in three distinct processes: stopping conflict, re-establishing credibility and empowering influence.
- Training Work Dynamics
In the “Organisational Dynamics” seminar, small groups are guided through a discussion of the effect of personal style on work
performance. The group is trained in three specific skills: developing interdependent team mentoring, controlling “natural” style and
encouraging personal responsibility for growth.
